Job Responsibilities
Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work at heights up to 50 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work under limited supervision
Responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems for AISD facilities
Maintains assigned vehicle, equipment, and tools to ensure safe operating condition
Coordinates with Electrical Foremen and other trades for the purpose of completing projects and work orders
Inspects electrical systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating condition
Identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
Informs personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited
Must have valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications and technical Five years' commercial experience required.
Five years' electrical maintenance experience required
Must have valid Texas Driver's License and have a satisfactory driving record
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
