Job Description About the Role TESIM Electric is hiring Journeyman Electricians ready to run commercial electrical work in Central Texas' data center and mission-critical pipeline. You'll install, terminate, troubleshoot, and lead less-experienced crew — the production workhorse of the job.
What You'll Own Commercial electrical installations: feeders, gear, branch, lighting, controls. Conduit bending, cable pulling, terminations, and control wiring. Reading drawings and specifications; executing to plan. Mentoring apprentices and setting the safety and quality standard. Supporting testing, commissioning, and punch-list closeout. Required Qualifications Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license. 4+ years of commercial electrical experience. Fluent in NEC; able to read drawings and specs. Reliable, safety-first, and quality-focused. Preferred Experience Data center, mission-critical, or industrial project experience. Medium voltage, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDU/busway. OSHA 10 or 30. Compensation $37–$48/hr DOE. Top-of-market pay for top-of-market work.
