Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our Manufacturing industry, where you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of electrical systems and equipment. You will be part of a team that thrives on challenges, problem-solving and has a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be tasked with a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Perform regular tests and inspections on electrical systems, including troubleshooting to identify faults or malfunctions.
3. Ensure compliance with state and local electrical codes and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment.
5. Use AutoCAD to design and modify electrical drawings and specifications.
6. Work with ERP Maintenance systems to track and schedule maintenance and repairs.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and advance safety initiatives.
8. Provide training and guidance to other electricians and apprentices on the team.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A valid Journeyman Electrician license (Michigan)
2. 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficient knowledge in Electrical Troubleshooting and Electrical Safety Management.
4. Experience with AutoCAD and ERP Maintenance systems.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
8. An understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
