As a Journeyman, you’ll shape projects from layout to commissioning—and help the next generation learn the trade.

What impact you’ll make

• Bring commercial electrical systems online in full compliance with NEC, local codes, and job specifications
• Translate drawings and schematics into clear field execution plans
• Design conduit runs, pull wire, and install/trim devices with craftsmanship
• Set and terminate panels, switchgear, transformers, and equipment
• Verify performance through testing, troubleshooting, and inspections
• Coach apprentices in quality methods and safety culture
• Deliver work that is accurate, efficient, and on schedule
• Partner with foremen, supervisors, and other trades to remove roadblocks
• Drive OSHA compliance and enforce site safety standards
• Forecast materials and communicate needs to keep crews productive
• Protect company assets and maintain an orderly, clean work area

What you bring

• Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrical License
• 3+ years in commercial electrical work
• 1+ year as a Journeyman or Leadman
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screening

Rewards and growth

Hourly pay targeted between $35 and $42. Final offers reflect your experience, credentials, and seniority relative to others in similar roles; the top of the range is not guaranteed.
