About the Opportunity
You ll be working on high-profile data center and commercial construction projects throughout the DFW market, including:
Mission-critical data centers
Large-scale commercial and industrial facilities
Complex electrical infrastructure builds
New construction and major renovations
This is precision work in fast-paced environments where quality and experience matter.
What You ll Do
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
Run and bend EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit with precision
Install switchgear, panels, transformers, and distribution systems
Perform wire pulls, terminations, and complete circuit installations
Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics
Test systems using meters (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter)
Ensure all work meets NEC codes and project specifications
Coordinate with project teams to maintain production and timelines
Mentor and guide Apprentice Electricians on-site
Qualifications Who You Are
Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
4+ years of commercial electrical experience
Strong experience in commercial or industrial construction
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in conduit bending (offsets, saddles, 3-point, 4-point bends)
Experience installing switchgear, panels, motors, and lighting systems
Ability to troubleshoot and test electrical systems
Comfortable reading and working from blueprints and schematics
Lead or crew supervision experience is a strong plus
Experience on data center or mission-critical projects is highly preferred

$34 $45.00/hour (based on experience and project)
