About the Role

We're looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians / Industrial Electricians to support industrial construction and equipment installation projects.

If you're an electrician who enjoys project work, can work independently in the field, and is comfortable traveling when the job requires it, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bend, run and install EMT, rigid metal and PVC conduit.
• Pull, route and terminate electrical wire and heavy power cable.
• Install conduit supports, cable tray and related electrical equipment.
• Read and work from electrical drawings, blueprints and installation instructions.
• Install and connect industrial machinery, motors and control panels.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, retrofit and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with repairs as needed.
• Work around heavy equipment, fabrication activities and active industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with electricians, project managers, supervisors and other trades.
• Follow OSHA, NEC and project-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Travel to project sites and remain on assignment for approximately 2 4 weeks at a time when required.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical installations.
• Strong conduit bending and installation experience.
• Experience pulling and terminating wire and heavy cable.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with industrial machinery, motors and control panels is highly preferred.
• Cable tray installation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety practices, including NEC and OSHA.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Journeyman Electrician license is preferred, but strong industrial experience may be considered in place of the license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Strong safety mindset and reliable work history.
• Must be comfortable traveling and staying away from home for 2 4 weeks at a time.
