What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with confidence and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
- Accurately track and document work performed and materials used
What You Bring
- Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
- A customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
