    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with all local and state codes.
    • Conduct residential service calls to accurately diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
    • Provide upfront pricing to customers and obtain approval prior to performing work.
    • Clearly communicate the scope of work and completed services to customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Promote and explain Club Membership Agreements to clients, working toward monthly goals.
    • Document all service calls accurately, including task codes, time management, materials used, and job numbers.
    • Submit all job-related paperwork, receipts, and packing slips daily and accurately.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
    • Participate in weekly department meetings and ongoing training sessions.
    • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper use, care, and safety practices.
    • Assist with inventory tracking and periodic truck inspections.
    • Debrief with Dispatch upon completion of each job to ensure follow-up as needed.
    • Obtain purchase orders for material pickups and confirm pricing accuracy.
    • Represent the company with professionalism at all times by adhering to our dress code, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
    • Uphold and demonstrate company values in every interaction.
    • Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrical License Required (or readiness to sit for the exam)
    • Prior experience in residential electrical service strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of national and local electrical codes
    • Valid driver’s license with insurability through company carrier
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screenings (initial and random)
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Strong verbal communication and reading skills
    • Able to work in Michigan environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures
    • Passion for delivering world-class customer service
    • Strong multitasking skills across phone, computer, and in-person interactions
    • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
