Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical and control systems.
  • Relays, starters, switches, and motors.
  • Motor control centers (MCCs).
  • Switchgear and transformers.
  • Power distribution systems.
  • Heat tracing systems and cable trays.
  • Run conduit, pull wire, terminate conductors, and install junction boxes.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
  • Work independently and manage assigned service projects.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman-level experience in commercial electrical setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Electrical Journeyman or Master’s license (preferred, not required).
  • Trade school or formal training (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of NEC and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
