- Direct electrical construction work on assigned commercial projects from start to finish
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
- Resolve escalated field issues professionally while keeping customer satisfaction front and center
- Collaborate with Field Support teams to keep projects moving on schedule
- Apply and enforce national and local electrical codes, staying current on industry changes
- Champion a safety-first culture and lead by example on every job site
- Mentor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and hands-on development
What You Bring
- Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License required (reciprocal licenses from neighboring states accepted, provided you're legally able to work as a journeyman in Nebraska)
- 1-5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in electrical construction
- Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred
- Foreman / job-running experience a big plus (translates to higher pay and bonus potential)
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards
- Skilled in trade-related materials, equipment, installation methods, blueprint/drawing interpretation, and trade calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
