- Solid knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and blueprint reading
- Takes ownership of work — no rework, no shortcuts

Nice to have
- Commercial or industrial project experience

YOUR DAY AS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
- You’ll be in the field — not behind a desk.
- Install electrical systems to plans, specs, and NEC standards (conduit, wire, panels, labeling).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, then test systems (continuity, phase rotation, voltage) to ensure safe, quality work.
- Keep job sites clean and organized while supporting and guiding apprentices.
- Coordinate with foremen and other trades to keep projects on track.
- Expect travel to different job sites (~2x/week), including outside Los Angeles, and occasional night work depending on project needs.
This is a hands-on role — you’re expected to take ownership and deliver.
WHY THIS ROLE
- We’re growing and we’re selective about who we bring in.
- We promote from within and are transparent about advancement. If your goal is to lead your own crew and run projects within 12–18 months, this is where that path starts.
- Steady work. Real standards. No corner-cutting.
