    About the Role

    Allied Mechanical is looking for a journeyman electrician can do it all —  run jobs from start to finish.

    What You'll Do

    • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations
    • Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites; lead toolbox talks and site safety audits
    • Diagnose, repair and install electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings. 
    • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 4+ years of commercial or residential electrical experience
    • Strong working knowledge of the applicable local electrical codes
    • Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
    • OSHA 10 certification a plus
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

    Preferred:

    • Journeyman or Master Electrician license 
    • Background in commercial, industrial, or data center electrical construction
