Compensation

• $65k–$120k projected total earnings
• Top performers earn $50+/hour

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence
• Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises
• Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving
• Deliver 5‑star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Physical Capabilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
• Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity
