This includes completing services correctly and to applicable codes, providing accurate pricing, mentoring apprentices, performing thorough electrical inspections, repairing and replacing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The perfect hire for this position should have a minimum Electrical Journeyman License, a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in electrical service, and excellent customer service skills. Physical requirements include working in indoor/outdoor elements, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy items.
