What You'll Be Doing
- Run residential service calls and diagnose, educate, recommend, and sell solutions based on each homeowner's needs
- Present options for electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and improvements
- Complete high-quality residential electrical service and installation work
- Troubleshoot circuits, systems, and equipment using modern tools and technology
- Deliver an awesome customer experience from the moment you walk in the door
- Partner with dispatch and customer service to keep the day running smoothly
- Own your work, prioritize safety, and take serious pride in doing the job right
Requirements- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- MN Journeyman license required
- Hands-on residential electrical experience
- Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
- Strong communication and technical electrical skills
- Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation
$50–$60/hour+OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
