In this role you will be:
- Install, repair, maintain, and inspect [electrical/plumbing/HVAC/etc.] systems according to code and specifications.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Collaborate with apprentices and provide guidance and mentorship when required.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
- Complete work orders, time logs, and documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with estimating materials and labor for projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent with well-rounded knowledge in all trades
Post-secondary or training (formal/OTJ) in any or all skills for the maintenance of the facility
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in general maintenance and experience in the disciplines of electricity, plumbing, heating, and mechanical
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Class I PA driver's license
