ECS Federal is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Support Activities, Business Analytics Division (ESA-BAD). This position plays a critical role in improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency within the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
  • Design systems and procedures
  • Conduct simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate program performance against established metrics and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a management consultant to internal stakeholders on operational matters.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on resource allocation and organizational structure.
  • Develop analytical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and develop implementation plans for management review.
  • Facilitate working groups and meetings to drive consensus on process changes.
