Job Summary
We are seeking a Journeyman to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying your expertise to perform task independently,  adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. 

Responsibilities 
Experience in commercial construction
Experience with hospital-grade construction and healthcare environments
Proficiency in framing and drywall installation
Knowledge of infection control procedures 
Patch, paint, and finish work
Ability to perform all service-type construction and minor repairs
Metal stud framing, drywall, repairs and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair issues
Supervise apprentice and share knowledge 
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
Qualifications

• Previous experience as apprentice or similar position is preferred
• Understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
