Build reliability. Accelerate throughput.

Our mission is simple: zero unplanned downtime and continuously improving cycle times in a complex automotive glass manufacturing facility. As a Journeyman Plant Electrician, you’ll be a key player in that mission—owning machine diagnostics, spearheading corrective actions, and partnering with Engineers to raise the bar on process performance.

Impact you’ll make

  • Keep production assets healthy by diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical/electronic systems across sophisticated machinery.
  • Execute daily line monitoring and routine machine quality checks to maintain standards and catch issues early.
  • Analyze process interruptions linked to equipment failures; implement robust fixes.
  • Support large-scale installation projects from planning through startup.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers to design and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time.
  • Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and strong cooperation with team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical trade school apprenticeship (minimum 4 years) or 6+ years’ experience in electrical/electronic diagnosis, repair, and installation of complex manufacturing machinery; Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology preferred.
  • Must hold Journeyman Industrial Electrician status.
  • Advanced troubleshooting across PLC, servo, NC, and power systems.
  • Ability to apply electrical theory to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and control equipment.
  • Solid industrial electrical experience.

Schedule

Open to alternative work schedules, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.

If you’re driven to stabilize, optimize, and elevate manufacturing performance, this role is your platform.
