Journeyman Plumber

The Journeyman Plumber plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing and drain systems for residential and commercial properties. This position involves performing diagnostic evaluations, proposing solutions, and completing installations and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives

What You'll Be Doing

Your day starts in the field, solving plumbing and drain problems for residential and commercial customers. You'll diagnose the issue, explain what's going on, and get to work on a real fix.

You'll handle installations and repairs, follow safety standards and code, and keep customers updated as the job moves. This isn't just wrench-turning. You're the person bringing clarity when something's gone wrong.

You'll also work closely with the team, support quality control, document the work, and help keep standards high. When you do this well, customers trust the work, the team trusts you, and your name means something.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $28-$35 per hour, based on experience and performance. There are also performance-based bonus opportunities. You'll have a company vehicle, necessary tools, and 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance, so more of what you earn stays with you.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It's hands-on work in the real world, with real standards and a team that wants permanent solutions, not temporary fixes.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're steady under pressure, strong with customers, and take real pride in clean, safe, reliable work.

• You have a Journeyman Plumber License.
• You have EPA 608 Certification and OSHA 30 Certification.
• You bring 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• You can diagnose problems, explain solutions clearly, and keep accurate documentation.
• You can handle an active field role with lifting, climbing, bending, confined spaces, heights, and changing weather.
• You work well with a team and still take ownership of your results.
• You should not apply if you hate customer interaction, resist process, or take shortcuts on safety or quality.
