Journeyman Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and equipment for commercial and industrial projects.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan and execute plumbing installations.

• Work with various piping materials, including copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX.

• Perform testing of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and ensure proper operation.

• Collaborate with other trades (HVAC, electrical, etc.) to coordinate project timelines and resolve conflicts.

• Comply with OSHA safety requirements, company policies, and jobsite safety procedures at all times.

• Mentor and assist apprentices in skill development and adherence to quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time tracking as required.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
