Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a family-owned plumbing contractor based in Selah, WA. We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our small, experienced team. This position offers steady, year-round work, competitive pay, and an excellent work-life balance — no sales quotas and home every night.
Our work is primarily commercial new construction (approximately 85%), with some residential projects mixed in.
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and residential job sites
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and supervisors
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rare on-call or weekend work
Job sites in Yakima and surrounding areas
Company vehicles provided for work use (not taken home)
Paid drive time
$35–$43/hour, depending on experience
