Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: $35–$52 per hour (DOE)
  • Medical Coverage: 90% employer-paid
  • 401(k): 3% company match
  • Paid Time Off: One Week (available after 90 days)
  • Paid Holidays: 6 annually

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage residential plumbing projects from start to finish
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
  • Oversee and mentor apprentice plumbers-developing their skills and confidence
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes
  • Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
  • Communicate job progress and any issues clearly with management

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
  • WA Journeyman Plumbing License (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team management ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
