Pay & What You Can Expect

$30–$40/hour based on experience

Overtime available (we stay busy year-round)

$100 bonus per on-call service + overtime pay

What We're Looking For
We're looking for plumbers who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team:

5+ years of plumbing experience preferred

Journeyman license or ability to register under a Master Plumber

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and materials

Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

Valid driver's license with insurable record

Ability to use basic digital tools (ServiceTitan is a plus)

Steel-toe boots required
