Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean work site. • Install plumbing systems. • Train apprentices and laborers. • Maintain a positive workplace. • Review the materials needed for the job well in advance. • Review and maintain project productivity. • Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor. • Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service.
Experience and Requirements:
• Valid State Journeymans Plumbing License. • Valid Drivers license with an acceptable driving record. • Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects. • 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required. • Ability to read and follow plans and specs. • Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively.
The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
