The Building Technician III is a senior-level role responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and training to other Building Technicians while overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical building systems. This includes HVAC setup, maintenance, and balancing; WFI (Water for Injection); purified water systems; and process equipment. The role involves advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical components in accordance with SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, the technician manages tool and spare parts inventory, recommends equipment purchases to improve efficiency, and partners with engineers to develop and implement process improvements across facility operations.
Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:30pm

Essential Duties:
High School Diploma or GED.
Journeyman license
Technical degree in related field is preferred.
Current universal refrigeration license and /or other trade licenses as required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
Principles of heating, ventilation and cooling systems.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under stress, and meet short deadlines.
Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Must be punctual and dependable.
Must have basic computer skills.
