WE ARE HIRING! Journeyman Residential Electrician
We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Residential Electrician to perform skilled electrical work in residential settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and breakers
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately
Perform electrical upgrades such as service panel replacements, circuit additions and heavy-up
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
Maintain accurate job documentation and material usage records
Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state or local)
Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program
Minimum 3-5 years of residential electrical experience
Strong knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems
Ability to work independently and manage job sites
Proficient with electrical tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methods
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, and confined areas
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
