This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" plumbing job. This is a high-trust, high-earning role for plumbers who know how to:
• Build value • Educate homeowners • Present options • Close work the right way
Standard Duties:
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems • Run service calls like a pro - from first knock to final signature • Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options • Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed
