Journeyman Roofer I

Deliver Quality Roofing Work

As a Journeyman Roofer I, you'll apply trade knowledge and installation experience to perform commercial roofing work while supporting safe, productive jobsites.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial roofing systems (single-ply, metal, insulated systems as applicable)
• Perform flashing, detailing, and terminations
• Execute work according to specifications and quality expectations
• Read plans and understand basic project layouts
• Identify and correct installation deficiencies
• Maintain production goals while prioritizing safety
• Support Assistant Roofers through guidance and training
• Exercise Stop-Work Authority when serious hazards are identified

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years commercial roofing experience required
• Working knowledge of roofing systems and installation standards
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor
