 Base Pay:$50–$60 per hour (DOE) + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Service Electrician, you'll diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems while providing an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
  • Complete in-home electrical service calls and installations
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
  • Install and replace panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components
  • Educate homeowners on repair options, financing, and maintenance memberships
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism and outstanding service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
  • Accurately complete service documentation and invoices
  • Participate in technical training and weekly team meetings
What You'll Bring
  • Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License or Oregon Residential Journeyman License
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of Oregon electrical codes
  • Residential service and troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
