Journeyman with HVAC/ Plumbing

 IMKO is hiring a Journeyman with a license in both HVAC and plumbing along with a proven sales track record. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience as a journeyman.  The client company is in the LeMars, IA area.  The Journeyman must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation. Journeyman Responsibilities are, however, not limited to: 

1. Creating Sales
2. Maintains Sales Kit Book, keeping prices current and items updated.
3. Prepare quotes from Sales Work Order per customer requests. 
4. Visits job sites to gather information to prepare quotations.
5. Prepare quotes and presents for customers.
6. Complete Sold and Sales Orders; Special Orders and Stock MR’s. 
7. Confers with operations supervisor on Plan & Spec and Design Build blueprints, spec book and project scopes.
8. Confers with operations supervisor in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of project. 
9. Confers with operations project supervisor about use if tools and equipment for the projects.  
10. Other duties assigned 

 What you will make as a Journeyman Starting pay $70K year  Hours:   **Must be able to commit to working overtime. M-Th 7am – 5pmFri 7am – 11am One Sat on occasion    IMKO Pays Weekly on Fridays!
