In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe operation and routine maintenance of a variety of equipment, including cranes, concrete pumps, laser screeds, and more. Our operators play a vital role on our construction sites, using specialized machinery to place concrete and move building materials and other heavy loads efficiently and safely.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator. Journeyman certification or equivalent in a related field. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Proficiency in operating various heavy machinery, including cranes and concrete pumps. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to different construction sites as needed. Physical ability to perform the job duties, including lifting and maneuvering equipment. A positive, safety-first attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes, concrete pumps, and laser screeds. • Ensure safe and efficient movement of building materials and heavy loads. • Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all assigned equipment. • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow team members. • Adhere to Mirons quality standards and best practices. • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced operators. • Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
