The Job Placement Program is a temporary work placement program which allows our most talented frontline Team Members to gain professional work experience and networking opportunities by completing temporary work assignments in our theme park offices. The goal is to prepare frontline Team Members to transition into full-time careers!
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Updating and tracking project schedules and timelines
Taking notes/disseminating details from production meetings/onsite visits, primarily using dedicated software (Wrike).
Interfaces with vendors and/or in-house trades during the production process, ensuring proper access to project management software platforms. Communicates issues with project team and coordinates solutions.
Generates documentation that captures the production process, including tool cards, photo documentation, project schedules, etc.
Works closely and efficiently with other park operating departments
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established USH policy, procedures, training, and employee involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Strong communication skills: ability to communicate precise information to and from multiple sources, including Entertainment Leadership
Excellent organizational, motivational, and time management skills
Ability to work successfully and safely in a fast paced and continually changing environment with accelerated production schedules, comfortable with ambiguity while seeking clarity
Familiarity with the park at night and an ability to safely drive a golf cart in various lighting conditions
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Project Management Softwares (Wrike, Smartsheet, Monday, MS Project, etc.) preferred.
Previous experience in large scale logistics and scheduling
Passion to drive high quality results in a team environment
*InDesign Experience a plus*
Background in Art, project management, or theatre projects preferred
Eligibility
Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
