Seeking experienced Jr. Accountant for a Direct Hire opportunity. Salary is $70-75K to start. GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

About the Role
Seeking a hands-on Junior Accountant to support and scale accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants exposure beyond traditional accounting tasks. You’ll help keep the books clean, support month-end close, and improve processes as we grow.

Details:
•    Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
•    Perform monthly account and bank reconciliations
•    Support month-end and year-end close
•    Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
•    Assist with payroll processing and reconciliations
•    Prepare internal financial reports and schedules
•    Track expenses and support cash flow monitoring
•    Help build and improve accounting processes and controls
•    Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams

Experience: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
•    3–5 years of accounting experience (startup or small company strongly preferred)
•    Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals
•    Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online)
•    Strong Excel skills
•    Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
