Through our publication, broadcast presence, and agency arm, we collaborate with brands on campaigns that extend across television, editorial, digital media, and experiential placements.
As the company continues to expand, we are building a revenue-focused partnerships team responsible for driving new business and long-term brand relationships.
The Opportunity
The N Brand is seeking Junior Agents who are looking to develop foundational skills in outbound marketing, client targeting, and campaign execution.
This role is designed for individuals who want to learn how modern outreach systems are built and operated—working directly alongside senior agents within a defined pillar (Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, etc.).
Junior Agents will play an active role in building and launching outbound campaigns, contributing directly to pipeline development and revenue generation.
This is not a passive learning role. You will be expected to execute, contribute, and grow within a performance-driven environment.
What You'll Be Learning & Doing
You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Email marketing strategy and execution
- Targeting and identifying qualified prospects
- Campaign setup and outbound systems
- Messaging structure and personalization
- CRM and outreach platform workflows
- You will work directly with a Senior Agent and be responsible for executing key components of their outbound strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound List Building & Campaign Execution
Working under the direction of your assigned Agent:
- ICP development and pillar direction
- Build targeted prospect lists using company tools (Hunter.io, Clay, and other data platforms)
- Export and prepare lists for campaign use
- Structure outbound campaign copy sequences
- Refine messaging by removing/editing brackets appropriately
- Understand the difference between autofill variables and manual personalization
- Ask for clarification when needed
- Launch approved campaigns
- Continue building and uploading lists to support ongoing outreach efforts
Team Integration
- Work directly within a specific pillar alongside an assigned Agent
- Collaborate on targeting, messaging, and campaign direction
- Contribute to overall outreach performance and pipeline growth
- Participate in weekly Monday & Thursday team check-ins and training sessions

- Is interested in Pr, marketing, sales, or business development
- Wants to learn how outbound systems actually drive revenue
- Is detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and processes
- Communicates clearly and asks questions when needed
- Is proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- No prior pr or sales experience is required—but initiative and accountability are.
Growth Path
This role is designed as a direct pathway into a full Agent (Sales & Partnerships) position.
Those who demonstrate consistency, execution, and understanding of the systems will have the opportunity to transition into revenue-generating roles with commission-based earning potential.
