About this role: We’re looking for a curious, passionate Cincinnati-based Junior Art Director who brings a strong point of view, sharp design skills, and the courage to turn “what if?” into work people notice. You’ll help turn big ideas into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, brands, social, and everything in between—while collaborating, taking ownership, and pushing the work further. If you’re low-ego, hungry to learn, fluent in culture and trends, and ready to make things that matter, let’s talk.
What we want from you:
Curiosity: A no-brainer, but a must for this role. It’s who we are.
Passion: If you don’t love the job, it’ll show in your work. We are looking for fire and excitement from you when collaborating and presenting ideas.
A POV: We want an art director who is meticulous and has a point of view. One who pays attention to comps, can execute various styles and has a clear vision for what and how something looks out in the world… whether it’s a big idea or simple social post. With that, this person must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have excellent design skills
Breakthrough Big Thinking: We want world builders and dreamers. Those who think “What if” and go after what could be.
Ownership: We want an art director who cares and takes ownership of their work. Who isn’t scared to run with assignments or projects put on their plate.
A good attitude: We have a no-ego policy. Check it at the door. You must be a good person who supports your colleagues with humility, empathy and honesty.
Collaboration: We believe in the “Yes, and…” approach. Rather than shutting things down, we like to build and figure out what is possible together as a team. You must believe in collaboration and positive confrontation for the sake of team and individual accountability.
Resilience: We are looking for an art director who is willing to fail and know what it takes to persist through tough client feedback and come back with stronger, smarter, ideas.
