What You'll Do

• Assemble small precision components such as coils, transformers, and inductors
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production orders
• Use hand tools, fixtures, adhesives, and measuring tools
• Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Support testing and final assembly processes
• Learn new products, skills, and assembly techniques as you grow

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or similar environments
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Comfortable performing precise, repetitive work
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality requirements
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
