Role Jr. Billing Systems Analyst
Location - St Louis. MO or Charlotte, NC Onsite
JD:
- Good understanding of Cable Billing
- Have to have a working knowledge of CSG Biller - tables and data schema and have some level of SQL skills
- Have experience with Data Analysis and triaging of issues in Prod and No Prod environment
- Any understanding of Amdocs Biller and its data model is a plus
- Good communication skills - should be able to take a task and complete with minimal guidance
