Job Description
A financial services organization in Florida is seeking a Jr. BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to support transaction monitoring, alert review, and compliance investigations to help ensure adherence to applicable banking and regulatory requirements.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Review transaction monitoring alerts and identify potential suspicious activity
- Investigate cases and document findings in accordance with compliance procedures
- Escalate unusual activity and support required reporting workflows
- Apply AML and financial crime regulations to daily review activities
- Collaborate with operations and compliance partners to resolve issues and maintain adherence to standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring and Alert Review; 2+ years of experience with AML and Financial Crime Regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with Alert Investigation and Documentation
- Experience with Unusual Activity escalation and reporting
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
