Role Requirements:- Strong BA capabilities including PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation
- Power BI development, including building reports and dashboards as well as SQL to prepare the data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights
- Strong communication skills to enable collaboration with WM team and client, including supporting workshops and presentations to communicate insights
Strongly Preferred Skills:- Azure Log Analytics (including KQL) experience
- Experience working with cybersecurity resilience engineering or infrastructure hardening and an understanding of security metrics (e.g., threats blocked, attack types, WAF, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, or IT operations
- Ability to gather and document requirements in ambiguous or evolving environments
Nice to Have:- Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps
- Experience building business cases
- Experience supporting product or platform teams with metrics-driven decision making
