Strong BA capabilities including PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation
Power BI development, including building reports and dashboards as well as SQL to prepare the data
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights
Strong communication skills to enable collaboration with WM team and client, including supporting workshops and presentations to communicate insights
Strongly Preferred Skills:
Azure Log Analytics (including KQL) experience
Experience working with cybersecurity resilience engineering or infrastructure hardening and an understanding of security metrics (e.g., threats blocked, attack types, WAF, etc.)
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, or IT operations
Ability to gather and document requirements in ambiguous or evolving environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps
Experience building business cases
Experience supporting product or platform teams with metrics-driven decision making
