Short Description:
We are looking for a Junior BDR to support the sales team through inbound and outbound lead generation. In this role, you will qualify inbound leads, reactivate previous prospects, and conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You will help schedule discovery calls, maintain accurate CRM records, and support the early stages of the sales process. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience who is proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a consultative sales environment.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and move suitable prospects forward in the sales process.
Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new conversations.
Reactivate previous leads who showed interest but have not scheduled or continued in the process.
Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound prospects to help schedule discovery calls.
Maintain and update CRM records to ensure lead information, activity, and follow-ups are accurate.
Support the sales team by keeping pipeline activity organized and ensuring timely communication with prospects.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, SDR/BDR, or similar roles.
Experience qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach.
Comfort using phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to contact and follow up with prospects.
Advanced English proficiency, especially for client and prospect communication.
Prior experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage and update lead information.
Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and willingness to learn and adapt within a sales process.
