Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Jr. Calibration Technician for a Contract to hire with a client in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate calibration services using automated test systems while ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $27/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Jr. Calibration Technician Job Responsibilities include:
Perform calibration services using automated test systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate test records by entering data into tracking databases.
Follow scheduling plans to complete calibration tasks within expected timelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in daily operational activities.
Troubleshoot basic issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts within the service center.
Assist with additional support functions while ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in calibration, testing, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience operating automated test equipment and following calibration procedures with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service timelines.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
