Jr Construction Technical Program Manager

seeking a Construction Technical Program Manager I to support the planning, coordination, and execution of mission critical data center projects. This role will partner with senior Technical Program Managers and cross functional teams to deliver mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure deployments in fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior Technical Program Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within data center environments
• Assist with day to day coordination between contractors, vendors, engineers, landlords, and internal stakeholders
• Track project schedules, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and overall construction progress
• Support installation coordination for electrical systems, cooling systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure
• Participate in project meetings and document action items, risks, and status updates
• Assist with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities including documentation review and field validation
• Support issue tracking and escalate construction or schedule risks when appropriate
• Coordinate field walks, logistics planning, and contractor activities to ensure project milestones are achieved Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of experience supporting construction management or technical project management
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission critical environments
• Familiarity with MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Understanding of low voltage infrastructure and structured cabling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
• Focus on candidates with data center or MEP exposure
• Strong coordination and communication skills required Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting data center construction projects
• Experience using tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to commissioning and closeout processes
