Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a detailoriented Junior Customer Analyst to support customer and financial operations.
  • This role involves reviewing invoices, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and managing documentation across multiple systems.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with data in fastpaced environments.
  • People with Google Sheets exp. will be the top candidates.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and analyze customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets to track financial and customer data.
  • Collect, organize, and manage documentation across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems.
  • Support customer operations and internal teams with reporting and analysis.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic analysis).
  • Experience using Salesforce (data entry, reporting, or account management).
  • Ability to manage and organize data across multiple systems.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, collaboration, data management).
  • Previous experience in a customer analyst, data analyst, operations, or finance-related role.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing or billing operations.
 
Pay Rate: $23.00/Hour
