Job Summary
This role manages product information and imagery across digital channels, ensuring accuracy and readiness for partner needs. The position acts as a product data expert, collaborating with teams to gather insights and support digital activation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inputs are essential for operational excellence and supporting digital business needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy and alignment with partner requirements.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate information and maintain smooth workflows.
- Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem-solving and testing.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes for accuracy and scalability.
- Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of corporate experience
- 2+ years of Excel experience required.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience learning new technical applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint or Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
