    Job Description

    Jr Data Analyst with Excel
    Location: Seattle, WA
    Duration: 12 Months plus contract
    Rate: DOE

    What do you need to start?
    • Able to work in team support services
    • Expert level knowledge of Excel
    • Able to identify errors
    • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy;
    • Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results;
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
    • Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently;
    • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment;
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Organized, proactive and results oriented

    What duties will help you grow?
    • Creating, processing, and analyzing volume licensing contracts
    • Supporting worldwide licensing and pricing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
    • Reviewing agreements and Pricing sheet to help maintain quality and need established policies
    • Supporting sales software licensing specialists internationally
    • Recalculating products prices to not standard ones and other custom adjustments
    • Assuring that pricing proposal has correct visibility, depending on custom adjustments done by Team member
    • Working on standard agreement due to tool limitations or errors
    • Team and queue management, end to end ownership of the team's delivery and queue
    • Support Quality Audit on completed deals to maintain accuracy and zero defects
    • Regular meetings with team and sharing feedback
    • Identify training gaps and arrange knowledge refresher
    • Backup for Delivery Manager and other leads
    • Sharing daily report with managers and leadership
    • Performance review for assigned processors
    • Ability to deliver formal training, cross training on complex processes in a concise, organized manner to the team members, new hires as an ongoing operational activity
