Job Description
Junior Developer (AI / Agentic Software Engineering)Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance applications based on business and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain AI-enabled software solutions and agentic workflows.
- Create tools, APIs, integrations, and reusable platform capabilities that support software delivery processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality initiatives.
- Assist with technical documentation, including application overviews, dependencies, and integration requirements.
- Perform unit testing and support application validation efforts.
- Support application conversions, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Document improvement opportunities and collaborate with senior team members on implementation strategies.
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven capabilities as adoption grows.
- Integrate solutions with source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, security controls, and established engineering processes.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- 1+ years of AI / Agentic Software Engineering experience.
- 2+ years of Platform Engineering and/or DevSecOps experience.
- Experience building AI-enabled or agentic software solutions.
- Experience contributing to small to mid-sized software development projects.
- Strong software development fundamentals and ability to develop production-quality code.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience integrating AI capabilities into established software delivery processes rather than focusing solely on code completion tools.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with tool and API integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and automated evaluation frameworks.
- Experience building reusable capabilities used by multiple engineering teams.
