A highly respected law firm is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3–5 years of employment law experience to join its growing legal team. Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
Handle employment-related litigation from inception through resolution.
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related legal documents.
Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Represent clients in administrative proceedings and employment disputes.
Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other court filings.
Support employers with workplace investigations, employee relations matters, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law and in good standing.
3–5 years of employment law experience required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience handling employment litigation and counseling employers.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
