Entry-Level Estimator
Reporting into the estimating and preconstruction team, the Entry-Level Estimator will play a key supporting role throughout the bid and budgeting process.
- Assist with quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications
- Review plans, documents, and project requirements to support accurate estimates
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers while developing industry relationships
- Track and organise subcontractor pricing and proposal information
- Support the preparation of budgets, estimates, and bid submissions
- Coordinate with project teams to clarify scope, pricing, and schedule requirements
- Maintain estimating records and contribute to process improvements

For the Entry-Level Estimator we are seeking:
- Previous experience in construction estimating, project engineering, project coordination, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of quantity take-offs and basic estimating principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with subcontractors and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software is advantageous
- Motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in preconstruction and estimating
