About the Role:
Join AREA WIDE WATERPROOFING INC as a Jr Foreman, where you will play a key role in overseeing projects and ensuring quality workmanship. Located in Mokena, IL, we are dedicated to providing top-notch waterproofing solutions that our clients can trust.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising waterproofing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor and document work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Help maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed work.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and crew members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; construction management experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a construction or waterproofing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
